Job responsibilities:

1. Find and filter the project opportunities with development potential and investment value;

2. Responsible for or guide the analyst in the market, industry and enterprise research;

3. Build the financial model of the project and analyze the valuation and return;

4. Lead the team and external resources to execute the project’s due diligence, and issue the diligence report;

5. Responsible for the project investment program or transaction structure design and the project negotiation, prepare project investment documents;

6. Responsible for the management plan of the instituting project after its cast, and organize the implementation of the project;

7. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the project capital operation and the exit scheme.


1. Education: domestic and foreign key universities’ bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Majors: major in law, finance, economy, management or engineering, it is preferred that they have compound economic and engineering education background;

3. Qualifications: people who have the investment, legal, financial and other related institutions certification qualifications are preferred (CFA, CPA, lawyer certificate, etc.);

4. More than five years working experience in investment, people who have the following experienced are preferred:
1). More than two years working experience in the Four big accounting firms, well-known consulting firms and investment banks;
2). At least 2 years domestic first-class related working experience in well-known PE/VC or mergers and acquisitions investment fund, and have the experience in independent operation project investment;
3). People who have industry background and the related working experience in famous enterprises, and who focus on specific industry and area in a long term are preferred.4). Familiar with PE/VC or investment in mergers and acquisitions, including the system operation process and specification; understand the capital market operation; proficient in industry analysis, competitive analysis, understand the key success factors of enterprises, proficient in financial data analysis;
5). Familiar with national industrial policy and capital market dynamics, understand the enterprise operation and management mode;

5. Have strong business development ability and certain business resources reserve;

6. Have strong team cooperation consciousness and the ability of communication and coordination;

7. Proactive, able to work independently, can bear larger work pressure;

8. Have a strong production capacity of electronic documents, read and write English skillfully, have certain ability of oral communication.
